01Account responsibilityUse your own Patreon identity and do not attempt to access or impersonate another user's account. 02Patreon identity and license entitlementSigning in with Patreon can link your website identity to the membership that owns HaulTools, but website access does not create a paid entitlement where one does not exist. 03Service changesHaulTools features, website features, compatibility and profile capabilities can change as the project is developed. 04Public profile contentIf you publish a Driver Network profile, do not upload or post illegal, malicious, impersonating, abusive or rights-infringing content. Public profile content may be restricted or removed when necessary to protect the community or service. 05Leaderboard integrityDo not intentionally falsify, tamper with, replay or fabricate delivery telemetry, game-link credentials, odometer data or leaderboard submissions. HaulTools may reject, remove or reset leaderboard records that are invalid, corrupted or reasonably determined to be manipulated. 06Screenshot uploadsOnly upload screenshots or images you are allowed to share. Do not upload illegal, pornographic, malicious, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing material. Uploaded profile media may be removed when necessary. 07License sharing and tamperingDo not publish, resell, share, alter, forge, bypass, replay or attempt to defeat HaulTools license keys, activation tokens or license checks. HaulTools may record privacy-minimized device and validation signals to identify duplicate, simultaneous, copied-activation, or invalid-key use. Security flags are reviewed in context because legitimate hardware changes can also alter device identity. 08Service abuseAutomated abuse, credential attacks, attempts to disrupt the service, impersonation or malicious use of profile, licensing, leaderboard or website systems may result in account or license restriction. 09Private beta accessInvite-only beta builds are pre-release software provided for testing. Do not redistribute private beta packages or publish invite links without permission. Back up relevant ATS and HaulTools data before testing; compatibility and behavior may change before release. 10Third-party servicesPatreon, Discord, Cloudflare and American Truck Simulator are separate services/products with their own terms. HaulTools is not an official SCS Software product.
