1. Patreon Sign-In & Membership
HaulTools uses Patreon as the website identity provider for member-only downloads and protected administration. The website may store the Patreon user identifier, display name and email returned through the authorized sign-in flow. HaulTools never receives your Patreon password.
2. Licensing & Security
Licensing records can include entitlement state, masked license information, activation history, privacy-safe device fingerprints, runtime sessions and security events. Raw hardware identifiers and plaintext license keys are not exposed in Owner Studio.
3. Member Downloads
Access to protected HaulTools releases is checked against the signed-in Patreon identity and HaulTools entitlement. Release packages are served only after the membership check succeeds.
4. Private Beta Access
Private beta access can record successful invite-link access and installer downloads, including a privacy-safe visitor identifier, signed-in Patreon identity when available, browser user-agent information and timestamps. The Beta Access ledger does not store IP addresses or plaintext invite tokens.
5. Administration & Audit
Owner Studio keeps administrative audit records for actions such as maintenance changes, license actions and beta controls. Patreon email may be shown only to the administrator for support and membership lookup.
6. Data Use & Retention
Information is used to authenticate website access, verify Patreon entitlement, deliver member releases, issue and protect HaulTools licenses, investigate security signals, administer private beta access, troubleshoot failures and operate the service. Records may be retained while needed for these operational and security purposes.
7. Security
HaulTools uses HTTPS, secure and HttpOnly session cookies, Patreon OAuth, same-origin checks for account-changing requests and restricted administrator routes. No internet service can promise absolute security.
8. Questions & Requests
For questions about website data or access, contact TheBabyGoat through the official HaulTools Discord or Patreon support channels linked on haultools.com.
